The eight annual Paradin' on the River Halloween Pet Parade and People Promenade: Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 1 PM see flyer

Come in costume to show your support for the Schuylkill River Park Alliance and
the Schuylkill River Park Trail.  Prizes will be awarded to the
best costumed dogs, children and adults. Gather at 1 PM on Sunday October
30, 2011. The Parade starts at the Locust and 25th Street
entrance to the Park.
